Kirribilli Hotel – Main Bar Reconfiguration

ETS worked with our Client ALH Group to create a more functional bar area to the Kirribilli Hotel while additionally providing better vision of product on sale.

To achieve the brief the bar bulkhead was raised in height and made more transparent to allow patrons to view the full back display wall and give the appearance of being lighter within the space.  The wall between the two separate bars was removed to allow for more visibility between spaces and better staff provision during daytime service hours.  The rear display wall was designed to lighten up the product while working in with the existing Art Deco style of the building.

We designed two options for the Bar reconfiguration, to which the option to keep more of the existing timber bar front was chosen.
