ETS has won the 2014 Commercial Design Excellence Award

ETS Architects have been awarded the 2014 Commercial Design Excellence Award

The award was presented to ETS Architects by the Papua New Guinea Institute of Architects for their Eda Tano Haus project in Waigani, Papua New Guinea.

Eda Tano Haus is the dynamic new home for the Papua New Guinea Department of Lands and Physical Planning, located in the heart of the Waigani government administrative office precinct.

The architecture references local building rhythms and frequencies, and the strength in expression is highlighted through the clarity and purity of form the design emanates.

ETS Architects would like to thank the owner and developer, Nambawan Super Limited and Lamana Development Limited, for the opportunity to create a socially considerate design that acknowledges employee’s needs, without compromising the efficiency and flexibility of the office floor plan.
